All Items are shipped using USPS/ UPS to anywhere in the United States. Shipping is based on weight, tracking information will be provided. Any questions or concerns can be emailed to [email protected].
RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Pre-Order Policy: An item marked for pre-order is an item that is not yet available from the vendor. We try to show in the listing when it is expected to arrive and able to be ship to our customers. At times the manufacturer will delay the availability of these items. We will try to the best of our ability to keep our customers updated on any changes in dates but please know that this is not something we control and we will get these items to our customers as soon as we are able.
All returns must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

● A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns, Including Pre-orders, even if they have not shipped and just want to be cancelled. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs incurred for all returned items. SNS Farm Toys is Charged a fee for al transactions done through credit/debit cards.
● Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
